A — Pehnawa Ethnics Ireland is an ethnic-wear boutique based in Lucan, Co. Dublin, offering elegant Pakistani and South Asian fashion — stitched and unstitched suits, kurti/kurta collections, bridal and party wear, and made-to-order designs for customers across Ireland, the UK and Pakistan.

A — The store is owned and managed by Saima Kalsoom, who personally oversees quality, styling and customer service.

Q — How do I place an order?

Q — What is Klarna and how does it work?
A — Klarna lets you split your purchase into 3 equal, interest-free payments. The first instalment is charged at checkout; the next two are automatically charged every 30 days. No interest or fees if payments are made on time. Select “Pay Later with Klarna” at checkout to use this option (subject to eligibility and Klarna approval).
Q — Can I pay in my local currency?
A — Yes – you can view prices and pay in Euro (€), Pound Sterling (£) or Pakistani Rupees (Rs) depending on your location. Currency conversion appears automatically at checkout.

A — Yes. We offer ready-to-wear stock items and made-to-order (on-demand) articles customised to your measurements or style preferences. Made-to-order items take longer to prepare — see Delivery for details.
Q — How do I request custom stitching or tailoring?
A — Select the “Made to Order” option (if available) or email infopehnawaethnics@gmail.com with your measurements and reference item. Our team will confirm availability, timeline, and cost before processing.
Q — Do you offer plus sizes?
A — Yes — we provide plus-size and custom fitting services to ensure a perfect fit for every customer.
Shipping & Delivery
Q — Where do you ship?
A — We currently ship to Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Pakistan. For other countries, please contact us to check availability.

Q — How much is shipping?
A — Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Occasional free-shipping offers are announced on our website and social media.
Q — How do I track my order?
A — You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you don’t receive tracking info within 5 days, email infopehnawaethnics@gmail.com with your order number.
Q — Are customs charges included?
A — International orders may incur customs or import fees that must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Q — Can I return my order?
A — Yes, eligible non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Contact infopehnawaethnics@gmail.com to start a return.
Q — Who pays for return shipping?
A — Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Q — How do I get a refund?
A — Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Q — Can I cancel my order after payment?
A — If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp to cancel or update it. After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled; you may initiate a return once received.

A — Follow care labels on each garment. For embroidered, hand-worked or delicate fabrics we recommend gentle hand-washing or professional dry-cleaning.
