5. Orders and Contract Formation

  • When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance.

  • Your order becomes binding once you receive a dispatch confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if products are unavailable, incorrectly priced, or suspected to involve fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver to Ireland, the UK, and Pakistan.

  • Delivery times and charges are displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Ireland & UK: 3–7 working days

    • Pakistan: 7–14 working days

  • Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to customs or courier issues.

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery, but ownership remains with Pehnawa Ethnics Ireland until full payment is received.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom-made, personalised, or sale items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.

  • To start a return, email infopehnawaethnics@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds are made in the original payment currency (€ / £ / Rs).
