Withdraw from an Online Purchase

Please leave this field empty.

Use this form to notify us that you withdraw from an online purchase. You do not need to give a reason or wait for approval. For standard-size and unstitched pre-book orders, ordinary statutory cancellation rights apply. Custom specifications may be exempt; faulty-goods rights remain.

Your name
Your email address
Order number, product(s) or other details identifying your purchase
Ordered / received date (optional)

Check the details above, then select Confirm Withdrawal to send your cancellation notice. Submission does not itself refund or delete your order. We will send return instructions where needed; statutory rights do not depend on our approval.
