1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Republic of Ireland
  • Northern Ireland
  • England
  • Scotland
  • Wales

Additional destinations may be added in the future.

2. Ready-to-Ship Orders

Products marked as Ready to Ship are available in stock and dispatched as quickly as possible.

  • Ireland Delivery: Approximately 2 business days
  • United Kingdom Delivery: Approximately 5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and seasonal demand.

3. Pre-Order & Pre-Booking Collections

Some products are available on a pre-order or pre-booking basis.

These items may require sourcing, production, stitching, finishing, quality checks, or international logistics before dispatch.

  • Estimated delivery time: Up to 4 weeks

Product pages will normally indicate when an item is available for pre-order or pre-booking.

4. Customised & Altered Orders

Customised, made-to-order, or altered garments require additional processing time.

Depending on the complexity of the request, delivery may take up to 4 weeks.

Customers will be informed if additional time is required.

5. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed during business days.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or peak periods may require additional processing time.

6. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers will receive shipment tracking details after dispatch.

Customers may also track their orders through our Track Order page.

If you cannot locate your tracking details, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

7. Delivery Delays

Pehnawa Ethnics cannot be responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect delivery details supplied during checkout.

9. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

10. Customs & Import Charges

For shipments that may be subject to customs inspections or import procedures, customers are responsible for complying with local regulations.

Customs processing times are outside our direct control.

11. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
