1. Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

During busy periods, sales, or holidays, processing may take an additional 2–3 days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Made-to-order or on-demand articles (such as customised or tailored clothing) may take up to 20 days to be prepared and delivered, depending on design complexity and availability.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Ireland & UK: Flat rate or free shipping on qualifying orders (as displayed at checkout).

Pakistan: Shipping fees are calculated in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and displayed before confirming your order.
Promotional free shipping offers may apply occasionally — these will be clearly stated on our website.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.
You can use this information to track your delivery online.
If you do not receive your tracking email within 5 days of purchase, please contact us at infopehnawaethnics@gmail.com.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped outside Ireland may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on local regulations.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs or import fees.

Pehnawa Ethnics Ireland is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
7. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your parcel appears delayed or missing:

Check your tracking details for courier updates.

Contact the courier directly if the status remains “in transit” for more than 7 days.

If unresolved, email us at infopehnawaethnics@gmail.com with your order number and tracking ID.
We will liaise with the courier and aim to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Send an email to infopehnawaethnics@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
9. Ownership and Risk
Ownership of items passes to you once full payment is received.
Risk of damage or loss transfers to you upon delivery to your specified address.
